Advanced Craft of Making Organic Fertilizer Granules

The production process of making organic fertilizer granulation mainly consists of screening and magnetic separation of about 30%-35% of the organic waste containing about 30%-35% of the water content after fermentation, and then granulating and drying to prepare round-particle organic fertilizer. Adding functional bacteria can produce bio-organic fertilizer. Adding nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium (total nutrient content less than 15%) can produce organic and inorganic fertilizers.

After the fermented organic waste is subjected to magnetic separation and screening, the raw materials of the binder and other components that need to be compatible are metered and mixed according to the ratio requirements, and are upgraded to a multi-dimensional high-efficiency mixer by a bucket elevator for rapid mixing. The mixed material slips out into the mixed silo, and is fed uniformly and continuously to the stirring teeth type of granulating machine by the disc feeder to form columnar particles; the columnar particles are polished by the round particle polishing and shaping machine to form spherical glumes. The belt conveyor is sent to the drying, cooling, and screening machine (three-in-one model), and the particles are dried at low temperature and large air volume (<65°C) in the front section of the drying cooling and screening machine, and then enter the cooling section for air cooling and sufficient cooling. After the material enters the cylinder of new type fertilizer pelleting machine, the sieved finished particles are sent by the elevator to the finished product silo, and are measured by the packaging system, packaged and stored. The large sieved particles are crushed and then returned to the mixing and granulation System. The small particles sieved (basically no powder) can be made into small packages and sold directly.
