The working principle of the wet type of pelleting equipment is that the material of organic fertilizer depends on the surface tension, add the right amount of liquid phase, and disperse the material into small particles. When running at high speed, many small particles roll into a ball. In a certain time to control the correct category line, improve the ball qualified rate. In production, if the pelletizer and material friction is not at the same time, there will be these two conditions. The machine is that the machine internal smooth degree is large, so that the friction force decreases, causing the material can not roll, resulting in unable to produce finished particles. If we have this situation, we can adjust the speed of the machine and install a small copy board inside. There is another case is the machine wall internal sticky more serious, this causes uneven material particles, because the material wall will know to rise to the highest, together from the top of the top down. There are two main reasons for this situation. One is that the inside of the machine is not smooth. This situation can be solved by increasing the internal finish of the pelletizer. There is another kind of material viscosity is too high, this situation we use to change the material formula, reduce humidity, reduce viscous materials can be solved.
2.The key to make qualified finished particles by the granulation mechanism of organic fertilizer is to stabilize the material ratio.
Drum granulation production technology is to bury steam pipe in the material bed, and then install spray pipe above the material bed, under normal circumstances to provide steam heat and water. Through steam to improve the humidity and viscosity required by the material, will not cause excessive water content, reduce drying load, make water distribution evenly. If the humidity of the material is not enough, it can also be supplemented with water. If the material humidity is not uniform, it will be difficult to form a ball or affect the uneven shape of particles. It may be that the steam nozzle is not properly installed. We can increase the steam nozzle to increase the receiving area of steam to solve this problem.
3.The pelletization rate is also based on reasonable material ratio.
The material ratio referred to here mainly refers to: 1. Reasonable collocation of raw material fineness. According to the operation summary of a number of organic fertilizer manufacturers, the fineness of the whole raw material should be matched as follows: 100-60 mesh raw materials account for about 30%-40%, 60 mesh raw materials with a diameter of 1.00 account for about 35%, small particles with a diameter of 1.00-2.00 account for about 25%-30%. In principle, the finer the material, the smoother the surface of the finished particle. However, in the production process, the use of super proportion of high fineness materials is prone to some bad problems, such as often appear too large particles, irregular particles, materials stick to the wall and so on. 2. Viscous materials and dispersive materials need to be reasonably matched. In production, the proportion of viscous materials is high, and it is easy to form balls. The proportion of dispersed materials is high, and the balls agree to disperse, and the fine powder will be relatively large. In general, in the conventional formula, the proportion of sticky raw materials for low concentration fertilizer is 45%-50%, and the proportion of sticky raw materials for high concentration fertilizer is 35%-40%, which also needs to be combined with the fineness of the material. If the collocation is not good, there may be no fine powder, no particles, or particles are not round, uneven size and other problems.
4. Chemical reactions between materials should be considered in preparation.
After some materials are made up, free water can be precipitated in the production process, making material moisture exceeds the standard and hindering normal production. After some raw materials are matched, the humidity of mixed materials will be greatly reduced. In the production process, normal production cannot be realized due to a large amount of moisture absorption. Therefore, chemical reactions between materials must be considered in the formulation to achieve a reasonable match.
4. Comprehensive water content of mixed materials.
The water content of synthetic raw material has a direct effect on granulation. After mixing, some materials are mixed into mud even without steam and water, making normal production impossible. Therefore, keeping the water content of the material low is conducive to the addition of steam during granulation, thus improving the temperature and viscosity of the material, and improving the compatibility and pelletization of the material.
5. Reasonable amount of return material.
Generally qualified particles are about 55%, so the amount of material returned is higher, which directly affects the production efficiency of finished particles. The disadvantage of the drum granulator is that the finished product has less particles, more powder, and large amount of return, which affects the luster and roundness of particles. If the return amount can be controlled between 30% and 35%, the formation of large particles can be effectively controlled.
