The pig manure from the pig farm contains 15% organic matter, the total nutrient content is not high, nitrogen 0.5~0.6%, phosphorus 0.45~0.5%, potassium 0.35~0.45% (specifically subject to local pig manure testing results). The fermented materials (moisture content at 35%) are blended by a mixer, then passed through an organic fertilizer granulator, then dried by an organic fertilizer dryer, cooled by a cooler, and screened by a drum sieving machine. Back to the mixer, the qualified product can be coated with calcium, magnesium, sulfur and other trace elements in the coating machine by the powder machine, and can be passed through the silo and packaging machine.
