There are many kinds of equipment and methods in wet granulation for materials with moisture above 20%. Such as: disc granulation, roller granulation, new organic fertilizer granulator and agitator drum compound granulator, the particle size is between 1 mm and 6 mm.
In the organic fertilizer granulator, the energy consumption of dry granulation is lower than that of wet granulation, and it is more environmentally friendly. There is no need to dry, add water and binder, so the material properties will not be changed. This is also the advantages of dry granulation different from wet granulation. The wet granulator is widely used in organic fertilizer industry, with low cost and simple operation.
