Therefore, in the process of composting, the temperature of compost should be controlled between 50 ~ 65 ℃, but it is better at 55 ~ 65 ℃, which is not easy to exceed 60 ℃. For the compost piles system, the time when the internal temperature of the stack is greater than 55 ℃ is at least 15 days, and it is at least 3 days during the operation. For the windrow compost system, the time when the internal temperature of the piles is greater than 55 ℃ shall be at least 15 days, and the stacking shall be turned over at least 5 times during the operation.
